Scriptwriting courses are charged for as soon as the first module has been sent (via email or post as selected)

Credit card information may be sent via via phone or via the secure checkout service provided. DO NOT POST, FAX OR EMAIL CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ITS SECURITY.

All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice to allow for any increase in the cost to us.

We cannot be held responsible for any errors in services specification / services pictures or other information listed on this site. We reserve the right to correct any errors in services specification or other information without any liability.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges do not apply at this time, except for the return price of scripts sent for analysis which we deem to be over the normal cost of return (i.e scripts requiring return to locations other than UK mainland, etc.). We reserve the right to charge for return shipping to cover our costs, but will inform you before doing so.
Special Note: scriptwriting course material delivered via mainland post may be subject to an administration charge should we feel the amount of correspondence requested falls beyond an acceptable amount. This surcharge will only be levied to cover additional postage and printing costs.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as it has been processed & payment has cleared. You will normally receive your order within 24-48 hrs. International orders are subject to the same timeframe.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints will be handled in the same way as other comments or enquiries. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to fourteen days after you have received your first course module or your screenplay has arrived for analysis. To cancel, you must first contact us by either telephone or e-mail advising us.

In the event of a cancellation of a screenplay analysis, we reserve the right to levy a pro-rata charge for the amount of work already carried out prior to receiving a cancellation notice. Once the report has been compiled and returned to the client (via post or email), the screenplay analysis service is deemed to have been concluded and subsequent cancellations will not be accepted - even if within the fourteen day notice period.
